CM Devendra Fadnavis stays ready reckone rates for a month

The Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has taken a vital pronouncement to enhance the reasonably priced housing scheme in Mumbai and for this, he has stayed the hike in ready reckoner rates on open space for a month.

In fact, the State Government had augmented the ready reckoner rates by 5.86 per cent in the state and 3.95 per cent in Mumbai. This had resulted into increase in the costs of housing units in the city.

The construction sector was worst hit by this ready reckoner rates. With this decision of the chief minister, realty developers and home buyers have heaved a sigh of relief at least for a month
