Amitabh Bachchan is a living legend of Bollywood and the roles that he has played are no less. Everyone still remembers the famous dialogues delivered between him and Shashi Kapoor, who played his onscreen brother in the movie ‘Deewar’, especially the one that ended with “Mere paas maa hai.”

However, now that the movie has completed forty years of its release, Senior Bachchan could not resist revealing yet one more tidbit, one that is as fascinating as the movie itself.

Old timers still remember the iconic blue shirt that Bachchan wore for the movie, which was fastened along with a rope over khakhi pants.

This outfit had become a rage then. However, turns out that it was actually a blunder on the part of the tailor. In those days, when Bachchan ruled the silver screen even a blunder turned out to be a fashion trend-setter. Now that is one interesting fine point.

A galore of exceptional performances by the superstar was witnessed last year 2016 in ‘Wazir’, ‘T3N’, and ‘PINK’. Though the first two were not that successful commercially, it was ‘PINK” produced by the successful producer Rashmi Sharma of Rashmi Sharma Television Pvt Ltd. that shone out and impressed one and all with its concept of women empowerment.
